Texas A&M Read Building

Named for Tom and Joan Read, the Read Building is located on Houston St. This building is built into the East side of the stands of Kyle Field and houses numerous gymnasiums, dance studios, research labs, student computer labs, classrooms, along with the administrative offices of the Dept. of Health and Kinesiology. Visitor Parking is located in the University Center Garage, attached to the Koldus Bldg. Here's a map. There is free surface parking in front of the Read Building in the shadow of Kyle Field. Even though it is not marked for public parking, everyone seems to park there anyway.

Texas State Jowers Center

1.    Exit Aquarena Springs Drive in San Marcos.
2.    Turn West on Aquarena Springs Drive.
3.    You will travel through two lights, and then over a set of railroad tracks.
4.    At the third light you turn left onto Bobcat Drive (aka Charles Austin Drive).
5.    Stay on this street until right before the railroad tracks, and turn right on Jowers Access.
6.    Stay on Jowers Access road until you reach the end of the road, and park in the parking lot located on your right.
