PJVC: Position-Specific Training

From time to time, Pearland Juniors will offer Position-Specific training, either by our own coaching staff or by other outstanding specialists. You should hear about these opportunities from your team coaches. When an event is upcoming, you should be able to check back here to find details.

Coach Damon Nelson To Hold Position Training Classes

Pearland Juniors is pleased to announce our Specialized Position Training that will be held on Sundays, September 4th through October 30 (except October 16th when the gym is not available). The training will be under the responsibility and direction of our coaching coordinator, Damon Nelson.

The classes will cost $25 per session. Non-PJVC athletes are welcome to attend for $35 per session. There will be three sessions:

  • Passing sessions will be held from 4:30 – 6:30.
  • Setting sessions will also be held from 4:30 – 6:30, on an adjacent court with different instructors.
  • Hitting/blocking sessions will be held on both courts from 6:30 – 8:30.

Serving will be taught in all three sessions.

The classes will be held at the Epiphany Lutheran Church located at 5515 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas.
