Beatrice Aguilera

She has a bachelor's degree in Communication. She played for
Pearland High School's volleyball team in 1981. She has a passion for learning this dynamic sport and has
attended clinics all over the nation that include: University of Houston - Houston, Texas, USA Olympics Center-
Colorado Springs, Colorado, Sports Performance - Chicago, Illinois, Pepperdine University - Malibu, California.
She trains in the summer under the mentorship of Denize Diniz, former Brazilian Olympic player acquiring new
drills to introduce to program each year.
Bea is currently responsible for coaching the developmental teams while
fulfilling her responsibilities of managing the club. She served as the Head
Coach for the 13 team in 2002-2003 and 14 Maroon team in 2003-2004, leading
them to win the Bronze medal at the 2004 Junior Olympics and was Head Coach
for 13 Maroon in 2007 and Head Coach for 14 Maroon and 12 Black in 2008. |

Chien Yu Lee
Technical Coordinator

He attended Rice University where he was
pursuing a degree in Kinisiology. Chien-Yu Lee has served as volunteer assistant coach and team manager for Rice
University since 1997. In addition, he also played on the Rice men’s volleyball club team from 1998 – 2002.
He has participated in many summer camps that include: Rice University, University of Houston, Debbie Sokal
Camp, Pearland Juniors, Chapelwood Volleyball camp and Humble High School camp.
He is currently Technical Coordinator of Pearland Juniors Volleyball Club.
This is his 4th year with Pearland Juniors.

Nicole Shiver
Coach - 12 Black
|
|
This is Nicole’s first year
with Pearland Juniors. She played varsity volleyball at Stafford High School and received a scholarship
to Prairie View A&M University to play volleyball. Nicole took a break from volleyball to pursue her
nursing degree. She is currently a RN at the VA Hospital in the Texas Medical Center. Nicole is
excited about returning to the sport of volleyball and no doubt her enthusiasm will be contagious. |

Blair Gray
Coach - 12 Maroon

She is employed with the
Pearland Independent School District after receiving her degree in Kinisiology in 2008 from the
University of Houston. She was a three-year varsity starter
for Bay Area Christian High School and two year captain. She earned All-District honors for two consecutive years.
She also played club ball for 3 years. In 2003, Blair coached the 12's maroon team leading them to the Gold Championship
at the Cross Court Classic, as well as numerous other 1st and 2nd place wins. In 2004, her 13's team placed 2nd at
their first tournament and 5th at the Cajunland Easter Classic. Blair assisted the 14's Maroon team at the Junior
Olympics where they won the Bronze medal in the American Division. In 2005, she coached the 13 Maroon team to a
6th place in Houston Power League and 5th at Cross Court Classic.
This will be Blair's 8th year with Pearland Juniors Volleyball Club. |

Britany Tuggle
Coach - 13 Black

| Britany played volleyball at both Clear Lake and Clear Brook HS and played 4 years of club volleyball.
She received a full scholarship for volleyball to San Jacinto College. While at San Jacinto, Britany
gained experience in several positions, making her a very versatile player.
She graduated in 2007 from
Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences and a minor in Business
Administration.
PJVC is excited have such an energetic individual on staff. |

Lacey
Starkenburg
Coach - 13 Maroon

Lacey began playing volleyball at age 8 and has loved it ever since. She
played at Bay Area Christian HS, where she gained state recognition when
chosen as 1st team All-State. She has played on college tournament teams
since entering into college, and was captain for her first two seasons.
She is currently going to school at the University of Houston Clear Lake
majoring in Political Science. In the 2008-2009 season Lacey coached the
14 Black team to place 5th in Gold at the Cross Court Classic.
Lacey coached the 14 Black team last year and will be the Head Coach
for the 13 Maroon team this year. This is her 3rd year with Pearland Juniors. |

Anthony (Tony) Lofton
Coach - 14 Black

This is Tony's 1st year with Pearland Juniors. Tony has a BA in Marketing
from King College in Bristol, TN. While in college, Tony played on the men's
volleyball team, where he served as co-captain, was titled defensive player
of the year, and set a school record for digs in a single season. He has
worked at several volleyball camp, including Rice, UNT, and Texas A&M.
Tony brings a wide variety of experience to PJVC and his enthusiasm for
the sport of volleyball is sure to be contagious.

Geoff Stresman
Coach - 14 Maroon

Geoff coaches the 14
Maroon team.
Geoff brings a wealth of experience with over 10 years of coaching experience, including working
with Concordia University as the Varsity Women's Assistance coach for three years and Concordia High School
for one year. He has been the Varsity Women's Volleyball Coach at Lutheran South Academy since 2003 and was
the state runner-up in 2003 and 2004. In addition, he has won 4 tournament championships while at Lutheran
South.
This is his 3rd year with Pearland Juniors. |

Kelli
Weiblen
Coach - 16 Maroon

This is Kelli's first year with PJVC. She has played club volleyball, both
in high school and college, and she continues to play on a USAV team.
Kelli understands the fundamentals of volleyball and knows the value of
teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. She looks forward to instilling
these values in her players.

Mary DuBois
Coach - 17 Maroon

Graduated from Louisiana State University with a
BSN. She is a native of Louisiana, played volleyball throughout high school, Nicholls State and LSU. She started Coaching
little league softball when she moved to Texas then advance into Fastpitch hit teams. She has coached and instructed ball
for the last 16 years. Placing in 6 National Championships.
This will be Mary's 3rd year coaching with Pearland Jrs. Volleyball club. |
