Pearland Juniors is looking for quality coaches for the Pearland Juniors coaching staff. Our philosophy is based on the desire to field a high-performance, competitive club program, while at the same time providing a strong ethical and positive motivational atmosphere. Our athletes come here specifically because they are attracted to our system. But we can only add teams and grow our club when we have coaches on staff that meet our high performance requirements.
